📦 1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To start a return, please contact us at support@kohinoorsmartshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 14 days may not be eligible.

🔁 2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Item must be in resellable condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items

 include:

  • Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items
  • Personal-use items (e.g., cosmetics, health products) once opened
  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items
  • Digital goods

If you’re unsure whether your product is eligible, email us and we’ll confirm.

🚚 3. Return Shipping Cost

Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

For defective or wrong items, return shipping is fully covered by us.

📮 4. How to Start a Return

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Reason for return

After reviewing your request, we will send you:

✔ The return address

✔ Step-by-step instructions

Please wait for authorization before sending anything back.

💰 5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (wrong or damaged item).

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged products

If you prefer a different item or color, please request a refund and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.
