Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time, New Jersey, USA).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST or during weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
🚀 Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.
Delivery time depends on the product type and your location:

We currently ship primarily within the United States.
International shipping may be available for select items upon request.

🏠 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@kohinoorsmartshop.com — we’ll do our best to correct it before shipment.
🕓 Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check your mailbox, neighbors, or building management.
Kohinoor SmartShop™ LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
However, we will gladly help you file a claim with the shipping carrier or arrange a replacement (when possible).
💵 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.
Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping promotions — these will be displayed on eligible products or at checkout.
⚠️ Order Cancellations or Changes
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you need to make a change, contact support@kohinoorsmartshop.com as soon as possible — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to assist.
